An amazing cleanser! Review: Shiseido Ibuki Purifying Cleanser

A good cleansing routine will make your skin complexion healthier and brighter. Cleansing clears away dirt and bacteria, keeps pores open and exfoliates surface skin cells.

I used to think of facial cleansing as a chore but now I see it as the end of a long and busy day.  It’s quite hard to find the perfect facial cleanser with all the available products in the market today. A year ago i started using Shiseido Ibuki purifying cleanser and i love it!

Discription by Shiseido: It’s an effective purifying cleanser with micro-granules for a gentle exfoliating effect. Lathers quickly into a rich foam to remove harmful excess sebum and impurities without stripping away skin’s essential moisture.

  • Formulated with PhytoResist Complex to help enhance skin’s natural moisture factors, refines texture and builds skin’s resistance to external stressors
  • Relaxing, comforting scent enhances your daily skincare routine

My opinion: I use Shiseido Ibuki Purifying Cleanser after Camomile Oil from Body Shop and it’s the most effective cleanser that i found in the market the last years.

You need a tiny pea-sized amount of the product to cover the entire face. It is creamy and the suds foams up amazingly well. It has a thick, smooth texture with micro-granules. The micro-granules are very gentle on the face and works extremely good as a mild everyday exfoliator. Once you wash off your skin, it’s soft and all trace of make up is disappeared. I used it with conjunction with my Clarisonic and i really love how my skin feels.

It is the best cleanser I’ve used so far! It gently removes all the dirt and leaving my skin soft, bright and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone with combination or oily skin. You’ll love it!

About the Ibuki line: IBUKI means “inner strength” in Japanese and this skincare collection helps correct imperfections, dryness and roughness while providing optimal hydration. IBUKI helps strengthen skin’s resistance for clear and stable skin every day.

Review: Clinique’s Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm - FlowerBlind

[…] I use the Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm in the evening to remove my makeup, sunscreen and dirt. I take a pea sized amount of the solid balm with my finger, rub it in between my palms and then massage it on my face in circular motions. When my face and eyes make up breaks down, I use a warm muslin cloth to wipe away everything off my face. It removes even waterproof mascara!!! Although the balm rinses off easily, and completely removes any kind of residue, I then use my Clarisonic Mia 2 with the Shiseido Ibuki Purifying Cleanser. […]
